The founding of the Draconic Confederacy which began with the signing of the Treaty of the United Nations of Draconia which included the Charter of the organization.
The Charter of the Draconic Confederacy was signed by the four founding nations and the Order of Dragons. The four nations were the Supreme Republic of Talle, the Empire of Sirine, the Coalition of the Sovereign Institutes of Horus, and Gionegrast. The Charter was signed at Edhenin, the capitol city of the Supreme Republic.
