Dragon Secretariat
The Secretariat is the administrative organ of the Draconic Confederacy. This department doesn't deal with international affairs and is staffed by employees of the Confederacy. The Secretariat is jointly run by the Supreme Dragon and the Chancellor. The Secretariat includes the Office of the Council of Dragons, incorporating the Office of the Supreme Dragon and the Offices of the Grand Dragons & Dragons Honorarium, and the Office of the Chancellor. The Secretariat also includes the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Court of Justice.
