College of Magic
The College of Magic is the oldest college within the University of Thoth. It is the first formal institution of magical education. The College was modeled after Strixhaven University, a magical college in the other world of Arcavios, which Thoth has been to on occasion.
(Note: my source for this comes from the book Strixhaven: A Curriculum of Chaos).
The School of Divinity was founded by the High Priest of Thoth.
The School of Arcana was founded by Professor Emerilo Hornstead, a notable Sorcerer who revolutionized the training methods for Wizards.
The School of Nature was founded by Professor Venil Ertrund.
The School of Elements was founded by Baalima Monopira, a dragon who served as the Chairman of the Order of Dragons and also helped found the Supreme Republic of Talle.

Schools
The College of Magic is divided into four schools which were founded by four powerful magicians of the different magical disciplines.School of Divinity
This is a school that is jointly within the Colleges of Magic and Social Science. Students in the Divinity School take classes within the College of Magic as it relates to their chosen path. They are also required to take religion classes at the College of Social Science. These classes include instruction in homiletics, hermeneutics, and liturgics. In addition, students of the School of Divinity must have an ecclesiastical endorsement from one of the designated heads of their religion. The School of Divinity was founded by the High Priest of Thoth.
School of Arcana
The School of Arcana is the largest within the College of Magic. This school has two programs, a Wizard program and a Sorcerer program. These two programs share many classes, especially within the upper-division, but there are introductory level courses that a student on the Wizard track must take that a student on the Sorcerer track would not. This is because these introductory courses are designed to help students develop their connection to Ma'at, something that sorcerers have innately. A sort of audition is held for those students wishing to enter the Sorcerer track so that College faculty can ensure they have the necessary magical basics. The School of Arcana was founded by Professor Emerilo Hornstead, a notable Sorcerer who revolutionized the training methods for Wizards.
School of Nature
The School of Nature is the smallest school in the College of Magic. As the type of magic here is only accessible to the druids, who guard the secret most carefully, very few classes can be taken by non-druid students. Most of the faculty associated with this school also teach classes within the history department. The School of Nature was founded by Professor Venil Ertrund.
School of Elements
The School of Elements has one of the most difficult degree programs within the College of Magic. Not only do students in this school have to take classes in magic, but they also have to take classes at the School of Music. This is because of the link between elemental magic and music. The exceptions to this are dragon students, as dragons have a more innate connection to the elements. This deep tie to the School of Music turns a usually 4-year degree into a 6-year degree. The School of Elements was founded by Baalima Monopira, a dragon who served as the Chairman of the Order of Dragons and also helped found the Supreme Republic of Talle.
Admissions
To be admitted into the College of Magic, applicants must show basic magical aptitude. Prior magical training is not required, but it is recommended for those applying to the Sorcerer Track of the School of Arcana or to the School of Nature.Sapientia in magica
