Lucia Cagnali
Doctor Lucia Cagnali is the daughter of former Mob boss Don Barbaro Cagnali.
Don Barbaro Cagnali was slain by NuTAC, arrest gone wrong, when Corazón Santiago pressed the warrant during a gathering of the top family members of the Cagnali Family. The violent shootout left the Don and most of his top leaders dead, as well as several known associates.
Doctor Lucia Cagnali is the CEO and head roboticist for Roma Robotics, her startup founded in AEU for Frames. She seemingly had no connection to the "Family Business," however, with the death of her Father, she returned to Manor's home in Orange County, to help her family transition out of the crisis. Additionally she brought her Company to Pacifica and began to continue its operation and research to the Reclaimed city.
It's highly believed that she attempts to run the Cagnali Family, with no clear successor to the Cagnali Family; her leadership, however, might be challenged by what few Capos remain in the organization.
