Halfelf: Elven Father
Half-Elves born to an Elven father are considered a blight on society. They are disregarded by Elves as impure, and seen by humans as a bastard at best and a spy at worst. Many are killed at birth, but others are tolerated in settlements, but as a second class citizen. In the rare case that the mother wishes a better life for her child they remove themselves from settlements almost completely.
