The start of Humaneborn was filled with them.   They were humans from all over Ardus that wandered from civilization, and mostly die in the wilderness to monsters or the land. While some were able to survive off of it.   Godsears say their goddess Shudar want them to come back to her towns and villages, claiming they'd be accepted again at any Godsear's Abbey. Promises of land and welcoming arms in villages were spewed over and over, but the rate of Laroholgs returning were very rare.   Their tactics soon turned to shame and devalue those that left, to ensure no "proper" Ardusan would consider leaving. Ardusans were encouraged to disengage with anyone turning down this path, to treat them as if they were sick with a contagious illness.   The longer the years pass, less and less are heard about the Laroholg, less people turning to the way of life, and even less are seen around.
"Did you hear? There's some wild people out in the forest behidn the baker's house. Eat your Getpod Finting on that plate your father caught for you or they'll take you away. Think of all the thorns you'll step on with no shoes, wild Laroholgs don't get shoes."

I feel the unguilded are essentially what Shudar want us not to be.   Human feet, stained with grass and muddy snow, that sounds like the makings of devolving into monsters. Is that what we are to be? Is that the start of the Humaneborn Era?
