Oselo

Oselo is a tranquil and verdant village nestled within the jungle-cloaked lowlands of Valachan, exuding an air of warmth and welcome that belies the dangers lurking in the surrounding wilds. It is the ancestral home of Chakuna, the domain’s Darklord, and it remains curiously untouched by the chaos that defines the rest of Valachan.

Though she rarely stays in the village, Chakuna is ever-present in Oselo’s lives:

• Her return is marked by silence and ceremony. Her mere presence commands awe.
• Children grow up hearing stories of her prowess, and the strongest youth aspire to emulate her, joining hunting bands or jungle patrols.
• Alters to the jungle spirits—and to Chakuna herself—dot the village’s edge, adorned with teeth, feathers, and bones.
