Passive Perfect Immortality - Miss Abell does not possess the ability to die or the ability to age. She seems to have an immunity from all known diseases. Non-life-threatening wounds close up at an hyper-accelerated rate.
Her ability is not a product of a hyperactive healing factor, but instead, her body seems to always maintain perfect homeostasis. A severed limb will not regenerate but instead will be pulled back to her body by an unknown force and reattach itself, leaving no scar tissue.
Despite not being able to die, Miss Abell must still consume Nutrients and Water to function. If she reaches a state of malnutrition or dehydration that would normally cause death to a woman of her size, She instead will fall into a coma in which her metabolism drops to 0. At that point, her body is effectively in a state of suspended animation. Once nutrients and water are reintroduced into her system, basic metabolic processes will resume.
