Those who are blameless shall endure, but the guilty shall face purification."   As the message echoed in the minds of the populace, an eerie ashen smoke began to pour forth from the mouths of rebels, murderers, and individuals who had harbored their darkest secrets until their dying breaths. The aftermath of this otherworldly proclamation left the nation shaken but resolute. Despite the harrowing events, Arnovia pressed forward, buoyed by the technological advancements catalyzed by their enigmatic ruler's relentless pursuit of progress. It is said that within this event Dracula supposedly "created" his assassin with one of them likely having a person lost related to the event.
