- Grognard, AKA Captain Meklan: The older adventurer that told stories to Barlo and his Friends that would later raise Bastion. Also might have had a "younger self" or something pop in on the party when they went to the Ziggurat. (Friendly: Officially the last time was when he messaged Bastion) He was also the adopted father of Bastion Bladesinger.
- Reginald Ivoryclaw. One of the original members of The Mighty Menagerie. He is now trying to secure his homelands, Forlione, from his uncle Zirin Shadowtooth taking over. Which turns out was caused by the Arcane Order for their own purposes.
- Fortunate Mead Heroes:
- Jeets. The first member of the Fortunate Mead Heroes that the party met. This Halfling rogue was on Shipwreck Shore, and they helped him free the rest of his party. (Friendly: Last seen with Myconids under Outding Refuge)
- Cellymas . A Human cleric the party freed from the Grotto. She seems to be the leader of the group. (Friendly: Last seen with Myconids under Outding Refuge)
- Talbron Tewn. A large Human Fighter type in the FMH. (Friendly: Last seen with Myconids under Outding Refuge)
- Pradam Estorich: A member of The Unfortunate Mead Heroes. He was a Sahuagin prisoner found in the Grotto. He seems to be from "Venger's Realm" and his hat might have one of the 333 Gems of Tharizdun. He is a Human Wizard. (Friendly: Last seen getting psychotropic treatment for PTSD in Myconid Colony under Outding Refuge) Recently the Menagerie has learned that the Fortunate Mead Heroes now goes by The Unfortunate Mead Heroes and that Talbron & Cellymas are Dead, with Pradam working with Ursa & Lars. The current party is Jeets and:
- Remington who claims to be a Bronze Dragon and the actual Dragon who created a polymorphed Simulacrum to replace Canthenth long ago. He is seeking out Jacoby Drexelhand to fix the Simulacrum.
- Acira Neridithas is a half-elven twin, and not much is really known about them at this point.
- Arica Neridithas is a half-elven twin, and not much is really known about them at this point.
- Ursa: Lars' "assistant" who is their connect to his operation. (Friendly (has resources): Outding Refuge, sent a Message about diamonds)

- Captain Vikar, Captain of The Lady's Avarice, a Leonin pirate who has gone legit with a hired crew. They hire themselves off and came into contact with The Mighty Menagerie after hired by his friend Reginald Ivoryclaw.

- Caireall Donoghuei: A friend to Abbot Grok and the Eldertwig, met at forests north of Wideberth when helping Eldertwig. She helped the party in the Bargle fight in the Ziggurat. She is a Druid in The Golden Stag, a faction that seeks to help the balance between nature and civilization. (Friendly: last seen with the party at Skola Vale)
- Elder of the Dawngreets: An Archfey created to protect the Vale after the death of the Evil Archfey. Her power was tied to the Vale being in the Material Plane in some way. (Friendly: Calliope has always known, the party first met at Wideberth. Last seen at the Vale)
- Professor Umbercresct: A Professor Orb that was once a teacher for Bastion, now he is traveling with their ship.
Hostile
- Vernon Lazarius: (The pirate whose mutiny took the Menagerie to the Outding Refuge.
- Gruzzussk D'Achtend was the Mindflayer responsible for the Year of Winter at Outding Refuge. He was last "seen" (actually heard) under the Ruins in Outding Refuge telling Jacoby Drexelhand he had plans for the party.
- Jacoby Drexelhand: The groundskeeper at Heyton who was responsible for the events at Outding Refuge. (Dead)
- Arcane Order: The only things that the party knows about the AO is about their greed and how they seek out items of power. They are all accomplished and generally powerful wizards. They know Jacoby Drexelhand
- Vedergrime the Troll King : Troll with a Headband of Intellect that the party killed North of Wideberth
- Almandine. The Red Dragon that ambushed the party, Bargle offered to let him know about an Orb of Dragonkind (Hostile. Last seen retreating to mountains North of Forlione)
- Satyr Warlock of Tharizdun: A warlock of Tharizdun who was to help Bargle, seeks chaos and service for Tharizdun (Hostile. He was last seen falling with an arrow in his shoulder)
- Bargle (the Infamous): A warlock of The Evil Archfey that created the Vale. He came from Mystara and seeks the "333 Gems of Tharizdun" for personal power. (Hostile. He was last seen in the Temple of Tharizdun)
Uncertainty to Motive
- Tharros the Wanderer: A Wizard whose hideout they found in The Underdark under Outding Refuge. (Possibly Hostile: He was upset at their intrusion and he did warn them to not take anything -- they took a statue, Books, and other stuff as well as releasing a prisoner.) However, they were tricked by him into a duel, which he did reward them for.

- Bast: The Cat Goddess, revered by most Tabaxi, she gave the Orb of Torill to Sas -- it seems to help some Pharoah in the City in the Mist. (Friendly Diety: only seen by Sas)
- Tharizdun: One of the First "Gods", a God of Chaos. He is locked up in some prison and the legend states that it takes "333 Gems of Tharizdun" to release him. He has a long-lost temple under the Vale. (Diety: Not seen)
- Waukeen, the god of trade. The party met a follower who was purchasing magic items & spellbooks in Wide Berth.
- Kelemvor,: the god of the Dead. The party saw a priest or some other follower of Kelemvor with some pilgrims.

- Some mysterious band of adventurers that worked with some Archfey a LONG time ago to create the Skola Vale as a conduit between the Feywild & the Prime Material Plane. They owned the Airship.
- Two strange guys who popped in on the party near the Black Obelisk under the Vale. Mysterious, one might be Grognard (above). They left a Message to not forget about Jinx. (Seemed Friendly. Just seen that one time)
- Wild Court: one of many "courts" in the Feywild, this. is the one the Elder belongs to.
- Archfey of the Vale: He was a follower of Tharizdun that sought to use his Domain of Delight, the @[Skola Val

- Olayra is a librarian at the Heyton Thorpe LIbrary. The Mighty Menagerie met her when they were Researching about the City in the Mist and the White Dragon, they later learned was Canthenth the White. (Friendly?)

- Myconid Colony "Under" Outding Refuge, Friendly Myconid were found that seemed to live in some place accessible under Outding Refuge in The Underdark.
- Kyleanna Heyton Was a Ghost they helped. A transparent, humanoid form (ghosts often appear as they did in life). She was in the Heyton Family Crypt on Outding Refuge
- Sahuagin. The creature is a fish-like humanoid, with webbed feet and hands, gills, and a finned tail. It has additional webbing down its back, at the elbows, and where Human ears would be. It has usually green, moist, scaly skin.

- White Dragon White Dragons were physically distinguished by several features: their heads and necks seemed to blend seamlessly into one another, and their wings appeared somewhat frayed along the edges. They had a flap of skin, called a dewlap, lined with spines beneath their chins. Their heads were very streamlined, and they had high crests atop their skulls. They had a crisp, vaguely chemical odor.
- Displacer Beast. The creature is a large cat-like beast, resembling a puma. It has six legs and a pair of long tentacles sprouting from its shoulders. Its covered in a pelt of blue-black fur. It's about 9 feet long and weighs as much as 500 pounds [but the occasional mutant could be twice this size].
- Goblin: This small Goblinoid, standing under 4 feet tall, has a flat face, broad nose, pointed ears, and small, sharp fangs. Its forehead is sloped back, and it has yellow eyes and yellow-green skin [skin color varies, with a tribe having the same color skin. Colors include green, yellow, orange and red.]
- Bugbear: (one was let go after the battle atop the corpse of the Archfey who created the Vale) A hairy, feral, 7-foot tall goblin-like creature, with a bear-like nose, and sharp teeth. It's bipedal humanoid body is covered in brown fur. It has clawed hands but is carrying a morningstar.
- Hobgoblins: A large Goblinoid, with a muscular human-like frame, almost 7 feet tall. Its body is covered in coarse brown fur and it has a redish-orange face. It has yellow eyes and sharp, fanged teeth.
- Orc. The humanoid stands about 7 feet tall, with a large muscular body, grayish skin, coarse hair and a stooped posture. It has a low forehead and a pig-like face, with lower canines that resemble boar tusks. It also has ears that are pointed at the end.
- Wraith: The creature is an incorporeal form and appears as a swirling dark mist of negative energy, with a vague skeletal Human form that has wispy claw-like hands.
- Sword Wraith Warrior: Sword wraiths, also known as swordwraiths, were Undead Creatures that would arise from the bodies of mercenaries whose lust for war was too great for death to extinguish.
- Satyr. It resembles a stout man with a fur-covered lower body and cloven hooves similar to that of a goat. A pair of Horns grow from its heads [the horns are different for every Satyr, they come in a variety of shapes and sizes]. It also has a cleanly trimmed goatee [although not all satyrs have facial hair].
- Troglodyte: The humanoid creature has a lizard-like head, with black beady eyes and rough, leathery scales covering its grayish brown skin. It has spindly but muscular arms, squat legs, and a long slender tail. It has long sharp claws and fangs, and pointy bone-like ridges running down its back.
- Chaos Quadrapod: A cluster of four suckered tentacles with a pulsing mass of ethereal Light as its central body, the Chaos Quadrapod is a creature of the Far Realm, and it channels the anarchic power of that plane as it destroys all in its path. The quadrapod ambulates by flinging its mucus-covered tentacles out and dragging itself along, creating a horrid slurping sound as it advances relentlessly toward its prey.
- Meenlock: A two-foot tall hideous being with a deformed body. Underneath thick bristles of hair that are more like spines, is a body covered in cysts and sores. It stands hunched-over and drags its claws along the ground. It has an insectoid head with several sets of twitching mandibles, two long antenna-like feelers and a pair of yellow, pupil-less eyes.
- Bluestone Meenlock: This creature was abnormally larger and more powerful than the other meenlocks. The party took its stone.
- Almiraj: A variety of fey rabbit-like creature with a spiral horn emerging from its forehead. Almiraj were quite common in the Feywild, considered a garden-variety animal.
- Fomorian: Obviously a race of Giant-kin, yet hideously deformed. Its has purple-gray, hairless skin pocked with large warts. Its head is misshapen, with one eye larger than the other -- the larger eye with a cat-like iris. Its humanoid form has disproportionate and crooked limbs, a humpback, and a crooked mouth with teeth of various size.
- Hag were horrible witches of wicked intent and ancient origin dark fey tied to primal forces whose foul magic and mysterious malevolence haunted Fairy tales and nightmares.
- Green Hag: Green hags, called shellycoats when they lived near rivers or swamps,[6] were the most common types of hags, foul crones known for their deceitful ways and corrupting natures. Like dark druids, they were vile beings with a strong connection to natural world, and they preyed upon primal vices in order to sow anguish and drag all down into bestial savagery.
