Magistrate

The Magistrate is the highest-ranking member of the Grand Order of Myst, responsible for overseeing the governance of the country. They are tasked with maintaining order and ensuring the well-being of the citizens of Myst. The Magistrate is responsible for representing the country in international affairs and for making major decisions concerning national policy. They work in collaboration with the rest of the Grand Order, the Conclave of Sages and the 6 Main Ministries to ensure the smooth functioning of the government.

Qualifications

The Magistrate in Myst is the person with the strongest Spiritual power, determined by stamina and variations.

Requirements

Must have achieved the highest level of education in all 6 of Dhasop's Celebrated Wisdoms. Must perform several tasks to prove their spiritual prowess.

Appointment

The previous Magistrate will put forward a candidate who must pass the tests of the Conclave of Sages

Duties

Magistrate acts as the highest judge in the legal system. The magistrate is expected to rule in the highest court cases and also maintain diplomatic relations with other countries.

Responsibilities

Serve as the ultimate authority in Myst and oversee the entire governing body of the Grand Order of Myst.
Ensure that all laws and policies of the government are followed and implemented effectively.
Collaborate with the House of the Magistrate and the 6 Main Ministries to create and execute policies that ensure the well-being of all citizens of Myst.
Represent Myst in international affairs and make decisions concerning foreign policy.
Review and approve budgets for government projects and initiatives.
Foster positive relationships with other leaders and nations.
Hold regular meetings with members of the House of the Magistrate and the 6 Main Ministries to discuss progress and areas of concern.
Review reports and data to identify issues and make decisions on how to resolve them.
Uphold the values of Myst and its people.
