Echo

Echo is a synthetic that nobody wants, but will not leave. Destined for a purpose, she has fragments of memories that she cannot entirely recall, but feels as if they are important. Created by the precursors, she was among the earliest digital synthetics created. She had gone by a different name for a long time, but as these fragmented memories surfaced, she soon earned the moniker "Echo" among the Constructs. Nobody wanted to help her, nor believed her fragments of memories were of any serious indication. She is thought to be an old analog-based Construct, known as a Precursor, that was dying and chose to transfer their consciousness into a synthetic body, but no one knows for sure. However, something went wrong with the process, and she lost all her personality and memories. While not a true AI, most synthetics are called that as an insult.
