Dowser
A mysterious Forged the party first met in Eston, on their first trip into the Mournland. Tall, powerfully built, and visibly draconic, he asked Bell at their first meeting, "you're not one of father's, are you?"
Dowser leads a team of adventurers, all expatriates from different dragonmarked houses. One of his party members, Gwyr Calailaimë, went rogue during the mission to protect House Cannith's Fairhaven stronghold during a crucial meeting between d'Cannith Jorlanna and Emmer Sykes, a known Cyran war criminal.
Dowser seems to have an interest in beyond the merely collegiate, having asked her at least once to go dancing with him before a fight.
