Daughter of Daniel Moongrad inventor of Vriquiocress Oil Lura had a pampered upbringing until when she was 8 and her father shot himself. She feels guilty and that his suicide was her responsibility as she hated how people were using her favourite animal because of his discovery. After she inherited Moongrad Industries she tried to find a way of using the vast resources that she had now to stop the suffering of Vriquicress.
