Situation

Rossi’s rule over 26th Street and Chinatown is ironclad, but the pressure’s building. Young Chinatown outfits are growing bolder, and City Hall scrutiny is tightening around his visible operations. Still, Vito believes the smart move is south—into Bridgeport—before Accardo decides he’s become more trouble than he’s worth.
