Baeon's Godswar Curse, the Wilds are the lands controlled by monstrosities warped and shaped by the Primal Fonts. Very few intelligent creatures live there, those who do are unable to live in "Civilized" societies for whatever reason. There are isolated kingdoms and cultures within the Wilds, but they have little to no contact with Nexus connected
Civilizations. All are besieged by creatures of the Wilds.
Astrological Effects
When Baeon is in the sky, chimerical creatures are more likely to be born.
Creatures
Chimerical Monstrosities
The primal forces of the Wilds will combine creatures into Chimerical Monstrosities. These creatures tend to be ravenous and destructive.
Dragons
As with other territories outside of Civilization Dragons are able to carve out dominions without fear of mortals coming together to drive them off or wipe them out.
Fae
Since the Wilds will randomly generate Loci that become gateways to the Undying Lands fae creatures will spill out into Wilds or Civilization on Baeon.
Goblins
As with all spheres Goblins are common in the wilds. They often create the most sophisticated societies in the Wilds, but because they are limited in their magical educational sophistication they don't have the tools to carve out permanent settlement and are either enslaved or pushed out by other forces.
Animalfolk
The Wilds are home to many Animalfolk cutures depending one their environment. While it is rare for them to venture forth into Civilization as they tend to keep to their territories.
Kobolds
Kobolds mine on the periphery of Civilization sometimes trading, sometime raiding. Other creatures will raid their mines to gain access to their resources. Offsphere slavers use them as a source of potential slaves and powerful Dragons or other powerful creatures will often subjugate them.
Monstrous Humanoids
Other monstrous humanoids will carve out territories in the Wilds, but they tend to be temporary as they are often forced to move due to pressures from fiercer creatures.
