The Battle of Mestran Plains, popularly known as the Battle of the Palisades and among the Rathin as "Karnthar's Blunder", was fought on 1st Mindsday (4th), Month of Temples, PP 1517 (CR 10045), between forces from the Rathrali Dominion and the Principality of Hoika. It was the first and last major engagement of the 7th Rathrali-Hoikan War, with a peace treaty being signed after the battle's end.
