Elzador Thoustadt (Lll-Zah-Door-Th-Ow-Stat)
Marchioness Elzador Thoustadt is the current Marshal of the Principality of Hoika in Eastern Chotas- the head of the Principality's combined armies, currently responsible for defeating the rebellious Free City of Aldran and returning it into the fold. Frequently called the Most Arrogant Woman Alive by her troops, Thoustadt sees herself as the greatest general of her time and resents being under the employ of a middling power like Hoika. Indeed, she is an accomplished general outside of her own self-aggransiement, with her victory at the Battle of the Palisades in AP 1517 having become legend throughout Chotas. Victory in Aldran has eluded her thusfar however, a fact she blames on interference from the Hoikan nobility.
