Guildmaster
Requirements
The requirements and qualifications that are needed to become a Guildmaster differ based on which Guild you are part of. For example, the Brewers' Guild requires you to have at least a secondary school level education and have served in a managerial position for at least 10 years, this includes regional/site manager, foreman, and captain.
Appointment
The new candidates for Guildmaster are usually picked by the previous Guildmaster, or if this option is not available then the second-in-command of the guild would pick the next candidate. The promotion ceremony is overseen by the previous Guildmaster and usually involves presenting either the crest of the guild or a specific item representing the guild. Examples of these items could be either rings, broaches, bracers, etc.
