Sigmund
Father of Peace Sigmund (a.k.a. Corwyn)
The father of peace between three warring nations is the moniker he was given by the King of Herigmark, The King of Craglim Reach, and the Duke of Gaullium when he landed in the middle of the battle field one morning as their forces were preparing for another day of fighting. He called the leaders of all three armies to come talk to him out on the battlefield. When they convened their talks Sigmund told the three rulers to look around them at the destruction they had caused to the landscape and the bodies littering the field of combat.
As they scanned the area they were appalled to see how many had died, not just those of their enemies but their own casualties as well. Sigmund then told them they could continue fighting until all their people were dead or they could end the hostilities and live in peace while their kingdoms recovered and their people prospered. Each leader chose the latter for the benefit of their respective peoples.
During the peace talks led by Sigmund, the three powers also worked out trade negotiations in hopes of preventing further hostilities in the future. Craglim Reach offered stone for construction and wool products for textiles, Gaullium offered gemstones and ore, while Herigmark offered lumber that could not be acquired elsewhere. These trade agreements have lasted for the last three hundred years.

Personal history
Sigmund chose to study to become a Druid under Arthur, as Corwyn, later in life. While he was training he fell in love with Erica. She was seventeen when they met and they married five years later. When Arthur passed away Erica received the land her father had cleared and farmed. When Sergei was born Corwyn was ecstatic. He had a child of his own. He doted on his wife while still holding his duties to the Druid Order.
Failures & Embarrassments
Sigmund wanted to change the atmosphere and attitude within the Druid Order, which was being controlled by Veldar. Unfortunately, Veldar had such a strangle hold on the order that any who opposed him openly was killed. When he realized he couldn't defeat Veldar to take control of the order he faked his death to leave the order and Veldar's control over him. This brought pain to his son and heir, Sergei. This caused him to remove himself from Sergei's life or risk both their lives if Veldar found out.
Relationships
History
Though Sigmund is the father of Sergei, he is acting as the uncle due to having to fake his own death when Sergei was only thirty-five years old. The name he went by at the time was (). This makes Sergei, Sebastian's cousin
Commonalities & Shared Interests
Both are member's of the Druids of Corrigenda, however, Sigmund does not profess to be such as the order would hunt him down on the orders of Grand Druid Veldar.
History
Sebastian has no knowledge of his relationship to Sigmund, though Sigmund has been quietly trying to locate his nephew. Even once they met Sigmund never revealed his relationship to his nephew because he didn't wish to interfere or influence his decisions.
Relationship Reasoning
Sigmund wants his nephew to become his own person, with experiences and failures to learn from. Even though he could step in and fix things for Sebastian, he watches so that later in life they can discuss their choices and experiences without outside interference.
When Sebastian left the "nest" to become his own person away from the social pressures and structures of Draconic society, Sigmund lost his knowledge of where he had gone. When he met up with Sebastian again he didn't introduce himself as family for fear that pressure to return to Draconic society would be present.
