Child Queen (a.k.a. The Magnificent Child)
Filled with joy and naivety, Xiar is the ray of sunlight among the The Council of Timeless Dawn. She's younger than most of the other dragons and has a perspective like no other. Regardless of their race or creed, she always puts the well-being of others above hers, or the one of organizations. Because of her size and general outlook on things, she's usually seen as a less threatening creature and people more openly talk to her.

General Physical Condition
This medium sized dragon seems to glow and lights up the room wherever she goes. Her scales and feathers are all of white and gold, and she wears sumptuous jewelry even in her dragon form. She's leaner and more agile than most of her companions in the Circle.

Personal history
First and foremost a defender of the natural world (even sometimes against the Feys who happen to have twisted views), Xian still finds her place among the The Council of Timeless Dawn. She has never hidden the fact that she hails from another place, like several other members of the council, but unlike them, she is still a very young dragon.
She arrived through a gate opened by a Fey several years ago and found this world to be a "sad place full of hopes" as she would describe it. Since then, she's made various kinds of allies ... humans, elves, gnomes, Feys, Lycans, Drakhen. She never judges a book by its cover and, reportedly, even counts kobolds and some hobgoblins as friends.
Xian was drawn to the council by Cithephaer whom she considers as a bit of a mother figure.
