Great Mother (a.k.a. The Eternal Emerald)
While most green dragons are seen as fearsome and brutal, the people and dragons of Iobaria have come to trust, and dare we say, appreciate Cithephaer. She is seen as an angry, protective mother both by the other dragons and the humans, both who heed her advice.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Cithephaer is a very old dragon, and her physique shows for it. She seems strange for a dragon too, her scales covered in moss, her horns looking lie strange branches. She explains these changes to her appearance by the horrible conditions of her detention by the feys, what seems like a lifetime ago.

Personal history
In her younger days, Cithephaer settled in Storith Woods to live peacefully hunting humans and such but she got into a feud with the local feys who became more and more numerous over time. They eventually captured her and did unspeakable things to her, which let her to be resentful to the natural world. Upon being freed by other dragons, she quickly forged an alliance with humans and dragons before moving out of this forest.
She approached Nym to join the Circle because she had great contacts with both dragons and humans and thought it would be best to work with both of them. She was very interested by her cause and the fact that she predicted the natural world would, eventually, take over.
