Naten's Rest
Naten's (pronounced Nâ-ten) Rest has been in Ynath before it became what you would call a city. It's seen as an institution in the city: everyone knows it, everyone likes to go for a drink, a dance, a meal, or a night. Serving as an all-purpose festive hall and inn, the Rest is held by an elven lady named Daenara who works here relentlessly (with a very small staff) to ensure everyone has a good time.
The exterior is a large garden that's tended by the staff while. More interesting though is that the vegetation keeps growing within the walls of the inn. Most of the walls are covered in vines that keep the air fresh but humid.
The central courtyard used both as a terrace (only in the warmer months) and as an outer bath, somewhat hidden by plants. Strangely enough, the water in the exterior bath is always at the most comfortable temperature.
Most patrons pay for their stay in coin but the owner has a reputation for being flexible regarding payment, often accepting trades, work or service as an alternative option. She, her staff, and other people from the city provide entertainment every night, often in the form of stories.

Denizens
While there are all kinds of people working and staying at Naten's Rest, the strangest denizens are the small house fey that must have struck a deal with the house to be entitled to stay. They sometimes show themselves to patrons, although most of the time they prefer hiding in their favorite spots.
Architecture
The Rest is built in a square shape with a large courtyard in the center. As most building in the city, it has a rock foundation dug directly in the ground and thick wood walls. The tall, two floor buildings, stands as one of the largest buildings in the city. The yard around the inn is covered in various plants from all around Iobaria and beyond and fenced.
