One of the few remaining Enchanters. His family used to be one of the most powerful in Galedein. Now though, it is extremely rare to see him or his brother away from their rural estates of Mellyn Green.
An elderly man with a friendly but stubborn disposition who often hates to back down in an argument, but especially with his twin. A lover of food, and painting, he can often be found painting portraits of food.
He and his brother took over the care of Roseleigh after her mother underwent the Change and both dote on her. They have adopted her and made her the heir of House Alaunel.
