Ailenor Daliesyn
Ailenor Daliesyn (a.k.a. Nuonatar)
A princess of Lliannon. She and her mother had their magic bound by the Enchanters of Galedein in an effort to protect the Covenant of Alinniah. When the Esuanne invaders were besieging the city of Wironnah she tried to break those bindings, and even succeeded, but the effort put her into a state of unconsciousness. When the city fell, Faigus escaped with her unconscious body and traveled north.
In the north, Faigus, opened a path to Alethe – The Frozen City where he sent a vengeful Ailenor. She returned full of power and cold rage. She was now one of the most powerful beings in the Eshanjar Khorus. Not even a Thitan can match her power. She summoned a great fortress from Alethe which she called Cheidhel.
Originally she was a cheerful and positive young woman but now, she has become solemn and bleak, with little pity and is known as Nuonatar amongst the Ammarokk tribes-people of Thurindar which means "Winter's Wrath". The King of Thurindar himself, will not oppose her demands.
For years, she believed her children had all been killed in the Fall of Lliannon so it was a great shock when she discovered they were still alive. She immediately sent an Ammarokk warband to kidnap them and bring them to her.
The concept behind Ailenor is basically, what if the "Dark One" ended up fighting on the same side as the "heroes". She is still consumed by hate and anger, but there is still people whose well-being she would put above her own selfish desires.
