Rokaguo

Rokaguo is the main settlement for the People of Xelac where many live and gather. While many people of Xelac avoid the notion of permanent residence, many maintain a place for themselves among the campfires of Rokagou to participate in festivals and other matters of import. There is little written law or governing structure within the Xelac archipelago with the exception of Roga's Rest and most of the asiles prefer anarchy where rule of law deals mostly with reputation.
