Using an instrument to weave magic and malice into your notes, you lace the chords with pain and woe to whoever hears your melody. The wave of music fills a 50ft cone in front of you. Any creatures with hearing capability within the cone must make a dexterity saving throw. On a successful save, they take half damage. On an unsuccessful save, the target will take 5d8 damage and must succeed a constitution save against the caster's Charisma check. On a failed save, the target is Paralysed.
