Belcantarix was born in Uxellodunum, the greatest oppidum of the Sexovellavi, where the rivers Rivona and Tannaros meet behind the a large hill where The Albmuron (White-Wall Citadel) is found compared to the rest of the Oppidum which is at the base. He was brought up as any child of their people, pulling his weight when he was old enough such as he would do chores in the Domvallos, tending to horses in the Eposgaron, observing drills in the Gaisathron, though he would venture off sometimes with his cousins and wander through the woods near the oppidum however this was dangerous, and they knew it. Halventia was a harsh and brutal place to live
