Toryll D'axxina

Father (Felnir) was a smith, while Mother (Marulyn Maeve) was a Horologist and Watchmaker.

• Was initially kidnapped as  a child by the Helver Family for witnessing the beginnings of a smuggling operation, the imported goods being that of extravagant timepieces, exotic foods and rare domestic animals, and a case of Wyrtil (A specialty wine-like Alcoholic beverage).
• Was taken to a Large cove hidden within a small nook of the southwestern coast, under the Saubaoer Foret.
• The Helver family, along with that of the Pelias and Etrothir Family were considered to have settled along the coast around 40 years ago, but turned out to be the Saubaoer Thieves
• The families discussed what to do with the young Toryll, which brought about the conclusion that they should discuss their business with him along with their intentions.
• Toryll agreed to keep quiet upon hearing that they were a group of thieves intending to steal and share the wealth taken from nobles to common folk at a reasonably low price.
• 5 years had passed, and Toryll began to know the members of the Etrothir and Pelias families through passing conversations and small gatherings within the village for annual events and festivities. The Etrothir family also had 2 sons around the same age as him, while the Pelias family had 1 son and 2 daughters, those of which were 3-4 years younger in age. Felnir was slightly unsettled with Toryll interacting with the sons and daughters of Etrothir and Pelias, and became increasingly so as time went by. After a few small get togethers with the Etrothir and Pelias families, Felnir asked for Toryll to stop speaking to them altogether.
• Toryll started to hang out with them more often once he started to be recognized as an independent. By the age of 22, he followed initiation into the Saubaoer Thieves, acting as a lookout and swindler/peddler of goods. After stealing a few things of his own outside of lookout, soon got into training his dexterity with locks and shifting items around. With hard work and labor, he was considered as a helping hand within the thieves guild at 25.
• After working with them for a good 20 years, The guilds intentions started to sour. By the age of 37, He started to notice them keeping more than half of the wealth they acquired. Even more stored away within small excavated holes. While there was some talk of moving to another location with the wealth in tow to establish a route through other areas as a relief effort, no extensive action seemed to be made upon it.
• Cruelty towards others started to take place around him at age 40. Most of it was from those he grew up with, the brothers and sisters of the Helver and Etrothir families. It was starting to feel like he was hanging out with bandits and brigands more than honest acting thieves.  Questions started to come into play, and reassurance was delivered slowly after. Things became much more calm for a time.
• At 48, He witnessed one of the sons of Etrothir murder a noble within the town of Rocwik. It only took 20 minutes for the son to be arrested for murder, and 2 hours more to be sentenced to death by the next morning. Toryll, unsure of the right action, acted hastily in freeing the son from his holding cell. During their escape, Toryll - in the moment acting too hasty - killed one of the guards that spotted them escaping by fumbling the throw of a blunted dagger meant to hit his knee. The dagger instead pierced the small section of exposed skin under his chin and slowly killed him as he choked on his own blood.
• Toryll was distraught with the two deaths, yet the others congratulated them both upon their arrival to the cove. He did not understand their excitement, he felt disgusted with himself, and rightly so! He got involved in a situation that didn't stand too high with what he was initially in the guild for. Why are they congratulating them? Has this been done before? Have we been astray from our initial goal for the past few years now, with me being the fool that did not recognize the change?
• I was assigned to another job soon after that. Working along the coast stealing from ships anchoring around it at night. 4 months passed, and nothing seemed to be getting better. We began to live more lavishly than anyone we spoke to along our routes, though we didn’t mention it. I wanted no part of the wealth. Honest wage and living was my intention.
• And finally, a few days ago I was told to see if any routes could be established in Valencie whilst raiding a noble's belongings. I agreed to try, as I considered that this might help clear my head. Might help me consider my next actions carefully. I know that there must be something done to break the system that we currently have. And there is this feeling that dismantling the entire operation might be the best course of action.

Felnir Drix D’axxina

Felnir has been a smith for most of his life, as it was his father who stressed the importance of metal and its generational relationship with the family. With every son or daughter brought into the world, there has at least been one smith to carry on the legacy of the D’axxina/Goss Family.
Felnir had been brought up mainly by his Mother, Grandmother, and Grandfather - all of whom were the renowned smiths of northern Gralin during their time. Though they were never ones to enchant their tools and items, it was said that the quality of these could nearly compete with them. Years of learning the trade had left him with a variety of accidental burns, callouses, small scar tissue, and finally the knowledge to become a master within the craft if he wished to pursue it. While interest did lie there, he felt like he had lost a great amount of his life by pouring nearly all of his time into the family business. So he decided to move down south to be independent and search for what he wanted in life. 

Felnir initially acted as the head of the house and a stubborn visionary for a majority of the D’axxina children's youth. This changed over the years as Felnir took to understanding that the wishes of his children are their own, and that his influence can only do so much in the grand scheme of things.

PERSONAL STANDING: CONFLICTED

REASON: Father wants for me to follow in my brothers footsteps and considers me to be a very oblivious man. He does not appreciate that I have also mingled with a group he knew was trouble. On both of those instances, he is correct. But I don’t agree with his solution.

Marulyn Maev D’axxina

Marulyn Maev is considered to be a highly innovative watchmaker within the craftsman’s guild, often asking and coming up with watch designs that would be seen as impractical or mesmerizing. At a very young age, she had established herself as a rather avid reader, writer, and hands on learner, garnering the respect of those both in the trades and scientific fields. And while she was able to retain all of the knowledge she had, she was not proficient in explaining it and keeping the attention of the masses. In the end, though she was known by professionals within her field, she remained in the shadows. 

Marulyn became the head of the household through extensive lecturing and maternal instinct being retained while two of the siblings still lived within the house.

PERSONAL STANDING: CHERISHED

REASON: Mother, though she can be very cautious and belligerent at times, she is also one of the most passionate people that I know. One who holds grains of wisdom that she sprinkles along the ground whenever we get lost. She is a rock who has learned from the stream, and bestows the knowledge onto those that fall from the highest of mountains. 

Tharyian D’axxina

Smith, within the family, took his father's mantle. Both Thorian and Tharyian grew up rather close with one another, considering that they were only 3 years apart. 

PERSONAL STANDING: RESPECTED

REASON: He is my older brother. He has been right alongside me when it came to family matters, and he will most likely remain so if we fall into the void. He was my protector, greatest critic, and consultant throughout these years, and I hope he considers me the same.

Silev D’axxina

The Youngest of the four D’axxina siblings.

PERSONAL STANDING: ANNOYED

REASON: There has always been a moderate amount of entitlement with her. Though she does not do anything against the law (I should know, considering that my contacts and I are good at keeping an eye on our surroundings), it is almost as if she considers herself to be somewhat invincible at times. I don't think she had ever gotten past her first or second decade when it comes to mentality. She is a nice and understanding person, just one I have a hard time not wincing at when something happens that involves her.

Rather quiet individual when it comes to first greetings, but softens and gets more comfortable as time goes by, getting to be more vocal and lively towards closer individuals.

Has a moderate fuse, able to withstand quite a few stressors. Normally the one to execute an action if not taken within a reasonable amount of time.
