Iados is a wizard associated with The Sacramented. He's specialised in necromancy and blood magic, and as of some years ago, he started working out of Heart of Gaea, which was when the two met each other, as they were some of the few wizards in the area. They started talking, and when Shinebright mentioned how devastated his wife had been when her brother died, Iados suggested a way to bring him back. Shinebright accepted the help, though it eventually resulted in his wife taking their son and leaving him. Shinebright denies his own fault in this, and thinks of Iados as the sole reason for his wife leaving.
