The City of Spires
Found in the harsh nameless jungles of the southern tip of Solam's landmass the City of Spires can be found. The first thing one sees from the cliffs hidden in the dense jungle mass one will see the Spires rising up hundreds of meters into the sky, some even floating in the very sky. Though the largest and tallest of these towers, The Tower of Ley Lines. The very energies of Magic can be seen channeling around the tower itself.
From a mile away starts the Slum City, tall squat square constructions packed together to ward off the jungle plants. There is very very few shops in this part of the city. The people are a bit harsh for having their lifelong dreams of being a mage crushed by the tests.
Inside the grand enchanted walls of the Upper City the very air of the city seems to shift into more clean and smooth than the thick air on the other side of the wall. Inside the very majesty of the spires is manifest so much it steals the breath away from first timers seeing the site for the first time. The main grounds are covered in smooth walk ways and flowers native and not from all over the continent.
The people both in the Slum and the Upper City wear robes of varying styles and wealth.
