Served in the Justicars with a high standing for at least 100 years
Requirements
While being a Justicar does not require you to be an elf, the position of Ordinator on the Imperial Council does.
Appointment
Based on those applicants that qualify, the Emperor and Chancellor deliberate on who should take that spot.
Responsibilities
The responsibility of the Ordinator is to ensure the welfare and safety of the people of Umenor, and oversees the operations of the Justicars at the highest level.
