Tara

Tara grew up on the streets of Port Argen, surviving the city's underbelly through pure spite, grit, and a mean streak that could rival the wealthy. Through under-the-table deals, blackmail, and harsher methods, Tara and her gang claimed a part of the Docks for their own. She runs the Mermaid Tail, a low-class brothel/Inn for the rougher patrons of Port Argen
