Session 0-1 Stories begin anew Report

A celebration was being held in Khizhold  to mark the grand Reopening of The Cracked Flask. Scar was asked to bring a rare and exotic meat for Krug to Prepare. Jacob was there helping his Aunt and Alphonse was invited to help celebrate. Xares, Vox, and (Brendan) were travelers that decided to stop by and check out the festivities.   On the way in to townAlphonze and Vox Machina Found a caravan being attacked by Imps and Chain devils. Alphonze sent his Warbounder for help form the town and Tony Scar ,Xarxes Ulgathian and (Brendan) came to help. They defeated the Devils though a wagon was destroyed and a merchant killed in the process. Alphonse used revivify to heal the merchant and the group investigated the forest to look for clues as to the devils reason for attacking.   They discovered a partially destroyed summoning circle that seems to have come up from the earth itself. within the circle the name of the person binding the devils in to service was not only written in infernal but was an infernal name. They translated the name to be Morzeth but did not recognize it. The party hit a dead end with their investigation and returned to town, guarding the caravan.   They were paid 314gp as a reward for helping the caravan and Jacob was presented with a letter from his mentor. Xarxes returned the 52gp that he was paid and requested it be used to look after the families of the dead caravan guards. Jacob, Scar and Alphonse decided to ask Vox, Xarxes and (Brendan) to join them on a quest in Cloudia, since they had proven their skills in the previous battle. They agreed and the decision to travel to Eintritt  by ship was made. (the trip will be roughly 2313 miles fallowing the trade route. ~24 days by galley or 20 days by sailing ship)   Food and drink were enjoyed by all and Xarxes indulged in the exquisite cooking of Krug. Partaking in the Roasted Thunderbird with Thunderblood sauce as well as Flaming hot Blackened phoenix and Krug'ss newest specialty Blackberry Sage Galitinus cube jelly.
