Runatyr

Much like his elder brother, Runatyr came to inherit his title as the god of order with the passing of his father towards the dying years of the old world before the crunch. While possessing a similar work ethic as his brother, Runatyr differed greatly in approach, preferring to settle disputes through direct intervention and brute force, it came as no surprise to see his opposition of the Svallin's construction.   Far more emotional than his brother, Runatyr is passionate to the point of fury. His Reckless attitude has been the source of many conflicts amongst the gods, including the gods final conflict: Ragnarok.   Runatyr's habit of burning bridges combined with his brother's superior influence lead to him having difficulty building a proper public following, almost none who would pray to runatyr would admit so publicly, often meeting other members of his faith in caverns hidden from view. Worship of Runatyr is so low that theologists believe his very prescence is fading away, many theorize that a generation will come one day where only one God of Order presides.   Despite this however he has gained some influence amongst the downtrodden areas of Svaltalfheim where those struggling may pray for the strength to survive or in some cases succeed (for a time) in the domain's of Dread . While his ability to influence the world is lacking to his tastes, Ragnarok has awoken Runatyr to what may be his greatest talent of all: the art of Subtlety.

Artifacts

Primordial Runes: Symbols carved by Runatyr and imbued with his authority over the world itself. The Primordial Runes emobdy some of the most powerful magic a mortal could comprehend from the age of Gods. The exact usage each rune has in unclear, many myths and tales claim differing and at times, contradictory to each other. Two Things are common amongst the tales however: They're only found through great sacrifice, and their use only brings ruin and despair to the wielder.   Arcadia Star: A meteor from a more mystical age, the Arcadia Star was the crimson comet that crashed into brimir after Runatyr and the fallen celestials attempted to assassinate Yggdrasill, drawing blood from the primordial entity of life and making him experience physical pain for the first time since his ascension as his skull split open, spreading pain and fear throughout the universe. Taking the form of either the crimson chariot used by Runatyr during his war against the gods or his own personal blade, the Arcadia Star's power was more than comparable to any of the Divine Remains and had rendered Runatyr nearly invincible on the battlefield, elevating his divinity to allow him to not only overpower his twin brother, or even match a primordial, but to become such a threat that required the majority of the pantheon to strip him of his power, sending the meteor crashing into Brimir's surface. the Arcadia Star was never seen again after this day, but many myths in the age of Gods claimed it was still intact, crediting it for mortals ascending to immortal demigods or even hatching New Gods of its own, but no claim has ever proven to be anything more than a hoax.

Holy Books & Codes

While written off as little more than a myth to scare children, Runatyr's Wisdom and teachings are said to have been carved into the flesh of a powerful giant, other, less visceral tales claim them to be mere tatoo's as opposed to scars however.
