Sakusen
The Great Protector of Kosui Sakusen of Shinyama (a.k.a. BELLONO)
Sakusen is a god from the Creation Dynasty, living on a summit of Shinyama nearby the city Kosui . He, alongside his sister Mizu is worshipped there as the city patron and the defender. The pair is known together as the Divine Siblings .
Divine Domains
Sakusen is primarily associated by the people of Kosui with the art of war. Every soldier, every commander, every warrior, all of them, from the ones who put their lives on the fronts up to the organizers of the logistics, every single one of them, among the Kosuians, respect and revere him as their guide and patron. As such, The Divine Brother might seem rather harsh on the outside for the outsiders. It's far from the only domain he's associated with.
While he shares the commands of the weather with his sister, he is far more specialized with his focus being the rain and storm. His watchful eye is keeping the crops hydrated by the life-giving shower. His mastery over the clouds keeps city safe from the lightning and the fishermen from the disastorous winds.
As the natural extension of the above, he's receiving prayers of the faithul with regards to the protection from famine and the wideely uinderstood agriculture.
While his sister is related to the value of hospitality, Sakusen is far more associated with the justice and the law, being seen as the one who will make sure that everyone will get what they deserve, making the realm prosper. This, combined with his agricultural dominion makes him the main patron of the civilization around the Kosui and the Shinyama.
Sakusen is also considered a patron of the board games, especially those rewarding the skill over gambling. Each play begins with small prayer to him.
Artifacts
Sakusen is famed for the creation and the possession of a Divine Weapon - a spear known under the name "The Strike of the Heavens". It appears to be made entirely out of dark blue stone with the sharp head having the shape of the leaf and few barbs below. The material of the head and a shaft seems simmlar yet different. The head has closer ressemblence to the polished, smooth obsidian - dark with a grainy texture. The shaft on the hand looks more like a marble, lighter in color and with the brighter lines on it ressembling, in shape, the lightningbolts. The whole weapon is about 2.5 metres long in total.
The Strike of Heavens normally can be used as incredibly sharp, poweful and durable spear, but it has another funtion. When thrown with all the wielders might, upon landing it summons multiple lightning strikes to it's current position in the span of thee few seconds, even if the skies are clear. The destructive power of that celestial smite usually would drain quite sizeble ammount of power from the god if attempted to be done normally.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Sakusen is ressembling a healthy, tall Human male with highly developped muscles. Often can be spotted with wearing some battle equipment. Unlike his sister, his hair and eyes are seemingly behaving like regular, despite the unusual coloration.
Identifying Characteristics
His mid-length hair of the slightly curly texture and the inhuman darker blue color, superficially ressembling the storrm clouds is easily his most prominent feature that sets him apart among the people and the gods. They flow naturally, yet they are stiff enough that the gravity is seemingly having a bit less of the hold of them. His eyes are following his hair in color, although they look way less distinctive overall.
His voice sounds slightly more harmonious than that of the humans. A trait incredibly subttle, yet easily noticible to the human ear.
Apparel & Accessories
Sakusen can be spotted in two kinds of outfits: his regular one and his battle attire.
His usual clothing contain mainly long tunic of the muted dark blue colors, ressembling the fashion of the Old Yamaians. It's relatively humble outfit, devoid of ornamentation and trying to appear exquisite. It ends just above the knees and the sleeves are nearly reaching elbow. In this attire, Sakusen never wears any headgear, always exposing his hair completly.
His battle outfit is incredibely sparse, containing of a single bronze helmet of massivee size, covering the entire head including the face. Besides it, he wears leathery covring on a crotch and the flowy cloak in the black colour. Besides it, the rest of his body is completly naked.
He has his spear, "The Strike of the Heavens" with him all the time with him, even in his non-combat attire. He is never spotted wearing any shoes, preffering to be completly barefoot all the time, to have better stability during fights.

He shares the most of her history with his sister Mizu together as Divine Siblings.
Known by the Old Yamaians under the name of "BELLONO", which was later adapted by Yamajin as "Berulno". Eventually, Ho got Kitsune name "Sakusen", having related meaning with his older one.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Initially, his main motivation was self-imporvement, seeking the triumph and greater prowess as the warrior with little care for other people except his sister, father and a few close friends. It has lead him to having a life of adventure together with Mizu . It all changed after the massacre of most of their friends.
Not wanting to such loss happening again, he directed all his desires for warrior craft towards protetcting all that he has left. He became much more cooparetive with the others, although stlll keeping the desire for leading roles. He started getting satisfaction not only form his own improvement, but also with his friends' and retainers' growth as well. He primarily switched the desire from peronsal fullfillment to the desire of seeking wider cultivation of strenght through building order.
Savvies & Ineptitudes
One of his well, known and exceptional skills is his abilities as a warrior. While he prefers using spear, he's trained in multiple martial arts and is able of combat with wide array of weaponry, including his own bare hands and feet. His prowess is among the highest of the Creation Dynasty gods, but it's quite unlikely he would be able to beat every single one of them.
Besides direct combat, he's well-versed with the arts of the millitary strategy and tactics, often taking position of the commander if any part of his realm is under attack. People of Kosui in time of peace often try seeking out his general addvice, hoping it would improve their chances in the times of war.
He also posseses a lot of knowledge relating to contructing, eengeneering and managment, which has lead for him to become essentially a patron of the civilization, building and agriculture in Kosui.
He intuitively understands tthe basic structures of water and can affect it in quite complicated way. In particular he seems to be fond of the water in the air. He's known for his commands over the rains and storms.
One of his greatest passions and talets are board games, both playing and designing them.
Sakusen has clear issues with showing compassion towards other people. He frequently adapts cold demeanor which might make him look unapproachable, unless one would know him better.
He has really hard time following the instructions of other people. His mind constantly overrides them his his own ideas, even if he actually tries to follow.

Very hard to get any positive interactions from even. Even those made out of compassion would still seem cold and uncaring, especially from the perspective of mortals. Outsiders of Kosui often think of him as the ruthless despot. Easily, can emotionally hurt people, even if it is not his intention.
His dominating personality might also make him hard to cooperate with in any other circumstances than him being in charge.
