Demographics
Forlage has no shortage of races, ethnicities and people. Every single person out of its 6000 inhabitants is unique, and not just in the regular sense. There is a profound story to be found and a distinct personality to be exposed in all Forlagers, and newcomers will be delighted to see that their character will be gladly accepted in the Forlage community, ready to grow.
Government
Mayor Baladna rules over the town with the solemn belief that everyone can be what they want to be, and aspire to be. As such, there are almost no rules that implicate discrimination, and every inhabitant of Forlage is only encouraged to do two things: Be theirselves, and allow others to be themselves too.
The wondrous tolerance of this place makes it almost impossible for inhabitants to have disagreements, and they keep the necessity of law enforcement to a minimum.
Defences
The large town walls are made of stone, and the neighborhood of Crimson Gate is largely dedicated to keeping an eye out for any visitors, but as of late, Baladna Fudina has cut down on expenses to defend the town. Since then, Crimson Gate is a place where the former defenders hang out and try to find a new calling in their life.
They have plenty of support for that in Forlage, luckily.
Industry & Trade
The Lorhan Clan has many good ties with Mayor Fudina, and takes great care in keeping the economy of the town afloat, which makes it a town relatively independent from the main government in Budston.
Forlage is good at exporting basically any type of good which they can manage, but grain and vegetables are the largest export. Over the course of many years the town has developed a great eye for several services to provide, and a large portion of money comes from several travelers and adventurers who buy supplies and various other goods.
Infrastructure
Unlike Budtown, Forlage has a rich number of special buildings in and outside of its walls. The great windmills of the Lorhan Clan, situated in the outskirts of town known as the Cabbage Stairs, proudly rise above the town walls. Underneath the city runs a well-kept sewer system and in the middle of town, the great Town Hall of Forlage is a firm structure.
Assets
Forlage holds a surprising amount of stores for a town of its size. But encouraged by the free spirit of the town, many entrepeneurs took the chance and opened up shop.
There are shops for the regular adventurer, but if one looks a bit outside Head Forlage, one can find several dedicated smaller stores for every type of customer.
