The Sacred Well Circle
The Sacred Well Circle is an ancient coven of witches focused on the old well in Blackwell. The group has a demon that they each focus on, though they don't regard them as demons, they regard them as spirits or deities. The Witch or agent will then carry out the will of their patron. This is usually a focused goal that brings about the misery or misfortune of many people around them. They have long since been convinced that their cause is higher than the trifling pain of miserable humans.
They will hand down their cause to their children as they approach death, or if there are no children, to a willing acolyte. Thus, the mantle is passed, and the cause carries on.
