The Scaled One Nathapa
Nathapa is a serpentine Devil, extremely powerful and ancient. They are known for their evil influence over reptilian species, and is in never ending war with Ssrep for the fate of the Lizardfolk. Most notable among Nathapa's followers are the Yuan-Ti and many evil tribes of lizardfolk also fall to their influence.

Personal history
Nathapa is credited with the creation of several scaled peoples who live in Notria, most notably the Yuan-Ti who were created from humans who devoted themselves to Nathapa. Another notable species created by them were Kobold who were created from smaller lizards to act as their footsoldiers in Nathapa's war against Ssrep.
