Kobold
Kobolds are a diminutive race of scaled people. They are reptilian in nature and in their original form were created to serve the Archdevil Nathapa, but have long since been spread across the world and usually find themselves bullied into serving some powerful being, such as dragon.
Like goblins it is debated whether kobolds should be considered part of the Cognizana.
