Locathah
The Locathah are a lesser known humanoid aquatic species who make their home in the shallows of the Traxan Bay. They do not as a rule make themselves known to outsiders, preferring to keep themselves in tight communities. A history of slavery to more domineering peoples like the Sahuagin or the Kuo-toa has lead them to prefer this isolation, though they are willing to work with groups that prove themselves honest, usually Sea Elves or Merfolk. This is usually for purposes of trade and defense.
