Kuo-toa
Kuo-Toa also known as the Fishmen are a fishlike humanoid species generally considered to be a scourge on other aquatic races. Not as violent or as powerful as the Sahuagin, but evil and calculating on a whole. They devote themselves to gods as mad as they are, often created by their own twisted psyche.
