Ethatha

Etatha is the goddess of Death. She is charged with making sure each soul is given its proper place in the immaterial planes. She is known by many names, and carries the title Arbiter of Souls. Her servant is Vanith Thrax the psychopomp. He delivers souls to Etatha's court. Each soul is judged and then sent where it is supposed to go. Etatha is supported by a collection of nymphs, minor gods and souls who help manage the flow of incoming souls from the material plane called the Bureaucracy of Death.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Ethatha's main goal is to ensure that every soul ends up in its proper place. This means that the souls end up in their chosen dieties heaven or are given to the demons, spirits or devils that have contract on them. This usually happens smoothly, with only a few souls being brought before Ethatha herself, but occasionally one of the servants in the Bureaucracy of Death will misread a soul or get distracted ending with a soul ending up in the wrong heaven or hell.
