The Conclave
The conclave originated from Toril, traveling along with the Jangelles Criollos to the Feywild. They were hired specifically as a means for diplomacy between the intelligent species of the Feywild, and the guilds that have decided to set the new world beyond the boundary as their home.
Structure
The Circles of the Cabal is based on the phillosophies of its keepers and they decide the balance of the Natural state verses a balanced living with the civilization we have to create to live alongside each other.
Rank0 : Land Proctor - Unranked
Rank1 : Conclave Initiate - Shortened to Initiate, those that progress into the guild past being a proctor of the land, joining the federation of regional priesthoods that form a loosely organized worldwide faith, all of whose members worship Nature and follow a similar ethical philosophy. Learning in the Druids dwellings and the guild halls in which they teach this way of life to all classes.
Rank2 : Adepti - Learning how to balance, how to communciate effectively amongst the wilderness and to their people, Adepti are taking their first step towards being the Conclaves strongest.
Rank3 : Hierophant - Adaptable and strong, the fastest or smartest or most intune with their nature and those around them. The Hierophant is a role that you take to stand for convention of the old ways. Ever evolving to progress that path.
Rank4 : Grand Keeper - The strongest members of the druidic order, Rangers of the highest calibur, Wildsman beyond compare, the ones who force change and their unbridled curiosity of natural methods has granted them a greater understanding of culture, history, diplomacy and nature itself.
Rank5 : Arch Keeper- First and foremost, the Arch Keeper acts as a politician, responsible for keeping harmony between the great druids of each domain and between the various druidic branches, ranger conclaves and civilization itself. The Grand Druid also rallies the circles against the rare global threat to Nature or the cosmic balance.

Public Agenda
The conclave prides itself in keeping balance between civilization, the feywild, and nature itself. Its emblem displays three symbols, a hatchet that resembles humanoids and thir civilization, a tree resembling the feywild dryads, and the beast’s snout representing nature and beasts.
The guildmaster is named Elority, and is not very easily accessible, known to be undertaking discussions and diplomacy missions often.
Assets
Druidic Service. The Emerald Enclave can send a druid to assist your group when needed. You must be in the wilderness and it takes 24 hours before a druid arrives. The druid is able to cast any spell of up to 3rd level.
These spells are cast without cost, however any material components must be paid for.
Proficiencies. Each member of your party gains proficiency in the Survival skill, if the character doesn’t already have it.
Training* is available for the Caravaneer Talent. It is a special train and doesn't require the prerequisites.
"Caravaneer -* This training takes 10 days - WIS mod to learn and a cost involved is based on your level. Enchanted Trails. you gain the ability to perform a 45-minute ritual using cartographer's tools, maps, and 50 gp in consumed material components. By doing so, you ensure safe travel for you and other creatures, from your current location to another location you could normally reach within one day. The destination must be one to which you have traveled previously, or for which you have an accurate route and map.
You take comfort in the civilities of the bumpy road. The caravan is much like a home to you, and the wilderness, your front yard. When travelling with a caravan of three or more land vehicles and at least 10 creatures (or one sufficiently large vehicle as is more often the case for air or water caravans), you can maintain your lifestyle as if it were one level greater than expected (for example a poor lifestyle would be treated as a modest one). Half your time spent traveling counts as downtime for you."
History
The Conclave guild hall itself resembles an older worn out gothic church, decorated on the exterior with creeping vines and moss. The roots of the vines are thick, and seem to be holding the old stone work in place.
The interior seems to be much taller, covered from floor to ceiling in wood paneling. The panels on the wall seem to grow like trees, with branches spreading under the ceiling and filling it with lush leaves that seem to be lit with will-o-wisps.
At the reception is a blue-skinned eladrin elf, with the nametag “Elton” sitting at the front of the desk. He is meek and new, so please try not to overwhelm him.
Blathnaid Ebilin is one of the higher ranking officers that interacts with guild members the most, hands out missions, rewards, and is of assistance whenever one is able to find her. She is a halfling that is able to contact the guild head when necessary.
