Veldrean Norixus
Veldrean Norixus was a commander in the Bejikadar military. In the aftermath of The Thurkearia Incident he stood up for his little brother Torrin defending his insubordination in the court. He failed to win his brothers freedom. However, his great grandmother ended up appointing Torrin a paladin and freeing him anyway. The Three Dragons, unable to retaliate against Torrin directly, found petty reasons to demote Veldrean to captain and assign him desk work handling Noachia investigations.
Despite this outcome, Veldrean fulfills his duties with great care. Some say he even prefers this work, as he gets to work more closely with the people he protects.
