Elias Ragnaill
Elias is the Young son of Roake Ragnaill and the yougest member of House Ragnaill. As a wealthy merchant nobles son he has never wanted for anything. While naïve and adventurous he has always been good natured and well mannered. Elias is as well known for his intellect as he is for his trouble making. He often explores the upper district of Noachia with his valet, Fencis, under the watchful eye of his guardian, Vassili.
