Roake Ragnaill
Roake is the head of House Ragnaill, a prominent human family in Noachia that rose to nobility through commerce. Roake is very serious about business and likes to keep himself well informed to obtain advantages in the market. Being as busy as he is, he does not have much time for his son, Elias, so he took in a young dragonborn orphan to serve as his sons valet. His relationship with his daughter, Delilah, is estranged. She resents him for distancing himself after their mother died and only visits to see Elias and make sure he doesn't end up the same.
