Andir, Druid of a Thousand Circles
Andir was a moon elf who was born around the end of the Scourging. He saw the shift of the deities as well as the beginning of many new druidic circles.
From birth he was destined to be a great druid. He traveled the lands meeting many druids and learning from all of them, thus he came to be known as the Druid of a Thousand Circles.
A Future Leader
As a child, He was told that one day he would become an Arch Druid for the elven people. As Andir got older he felt as if the call of the leader was not a future meant for him, so he declined this leadership and decided that his destiny was better spent elsewhere, much to the disappointment of many of his teachers.
The Training of Endriella
It was his worldly experience that led to him becoming the teacher of Endriella, Arch Druid of Valnost. He took her all around the world just as he had been and introduced her to many different cultures. Andir knew she would one day lead as an Arch Druid and wanted her to have as much knowledge as possible.
Andir and the Pallid Elves
When he was younger Andir had heard many stories of a city of elves who had shifted their entire city into the Dream Realm. He became fascinated by these stories and sought out as much information on them and the Dream Realm as he could find. During his time training Endriella he discovered how to shift back and forth into the Dream Realm. After she had returned Valnost, Andir traveled to where the rumors said the lost city used to be and entered into the dream.
As he entered the dream he found himself in the middle of a bustling city filled with strange pale skinned elves. These elves immediately took to Andir as it had been almost a millennia since they had seen an elf from the Material Plane. While in the dream Andir fell in love with an elf maiden and wanted her to return with him.
Sadly the Pallid Elves were unable to return without doing the ritual that had sent them to the dream in the first place. So Andir began to talk with the leader of these elves, convincing him that a return to the material realm would be beneficial to his people. Finally after many discussions the king announced to his people that they would be returning to the Material Realm. And so the ritual was repeated, and the Silent City returned to where it was lay in the material plane.
Andir and the Silent City
After the return to the material plane the king of the Pallid Elves suddenly fell ill and died. Him having no heir to the throne, the pallid turned to Andir to lead them in their new life on the material plane. Not feeling worthy of being crowned king, Andir agreed to lead the people as their Arch Druid. Finally realizing his call to leadership.
