Polytechnic Academy of War and Wizardry
Originally a fraternity hall built by the wizard cult, the Order of the Heavenly Oak, the building was seized by Kaiserreich Albrecht von Orsburg after the the order was destroyed during the Sundering. Since then the building has been gifted to numerous organizations who ultimately could not make good use of it. After fifteen unproductive years the Kaiserreich had determined to tear the edifice down and build a new training facility for the Knights of the Lonesome Peak. However a young wizard by the name of Otto von Rausburg discovered that the area around the old fraternity hall was imbued with a latent magic of elemental origin, making it an ideal location for airship construction and experimentation.
In light of the discovery by Otto von Rausburg the Kaiserreich arbitrated a deal. The Knights of the Lonesome Peak would get their training facility, but would share it with the wizards of the new Polytechnic Academy of War and Wizardry. Both groups in turn would work together on developing the kingdom's airship program.
