Lord Vermillion Rodbertus, known as “Sandstorm,” is the towering, iron-willed ruler of Kleumizura, a desert nation divided between his orderly capital of Priaver and the chaotic, independent region of Ulburg. A grizzled war veteran and traditionalist, Rodbertus has ruled for over five decades, refusing to bend his laws or his country’s customs. Standing at 8’7” and wielding mastery over sand, he commands fear and respect both in battle and in court. Though physically the oldest of Nineveh’s leaders, his battlelust and strict adherence to Kleuish tradition remain undiminished.
